PAPASOK na ang Internal Affairs Service ng Philippine National Police (PNP) sa inihaing sexual assault ni dating Ozamis City vice-mayor Nova Princess Parojinog laban kay Police Lieutenant Colonel Jigger Noceda.
Ito ang sinabi ni PNP Chief General Camilo Cascolan.
Ayon naman kay IAS Inspector General Alfegar Triambulo, hinihintay na lamang nila ang mga dokumento mula sa PNP Women and Children Protection Center.
Kasalukuyan nang nangangalap ang PNP WCPC ng mga ebidensya.
Ang PNP WCPC ang naghain ng reklamo laban kay Noceda, ang nasibak na PNP Custodial Service Unit, sa Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office noong Oktubre 7.
Nahaharap ang pulis sa kasong paglabag sa Anti-Rape Law at Acts of Lasciviousness, Safe Spaces Act, at Unjust Vexation dahil sa panghaharass kay Parojinog, na nakadetine sa Camp Crame Custodial Center.
