Piskal pinalusot e-sabong operator

“We are filing a motion why the prosecutor dismissed our recommendation to prosecute illegal online gambling operators, when the questions he posed were the same grounds we presented to the trial court judge who issued the search warrant which should have been given weight,” batay sa NBI agent sa kaso na si Waldy Palattao.

“Noteworthy is the fact that although the respondents were named, their particular participation during the conduct of the alleged illegal gambling activity was not mentioned in fact not a single identification card showing they are employees of Platinum Cockers Club.”

“It bears stressing that PCC is the brand name of PCII and PCII has not been issued a permit to commence operation,” saad pa ng NBI.
