“Growing up in a family of athletes, the pressure of making a name for myself was always a setback of mine. I would always challenge myself everyday in order to prove to myself that I am more than just being “the daughter” or “the sister of” these amazing athletes,” tweet ni Ravena.

“A lot of doubters, bashers and naysayers along the way but because of the support of my family, friends and teammates, I am continuously taking steps to reach my dreams,” hirit ng 5-foot-5 libero ng ADMU.

Pinanapos nang magandang dalaga: “To every little girl with big dreams, never let anyone define who you are and what you can do. Let your passion, determination and faith keep you going. To all the women who are breaking the norms of society, thank you for being our inspiration.”

Si Dani ay anak nina dating Philippine Basketball Association player, ngayo’y TNT coach Ferdinand ‘Bong’ Ravena at former University of Santo Tomas volleybelle Mozzy, habang kapatid naman niya sina cage stars Kiefer Isaac at Ferdinad ‘Thirdy’ Ravena. (Janiel Abby Toralba)
