Tinaguriang ‘Teacher’s Enemy No. 1’ ng Alliance of Concerned Teachers si Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Benjamin Diokno.

“It is only just that the administration immediately grant the well-deserved substantial salary increase for public school teachers and to set the minimum wage for government employees to P16,000. It is the government’s responsibility to ensure that its employees’ compensation increases as the cost of living rises,” pahayag ni Castro.
