“The DOTr through the LTO has pushed through with the PMVIC signed its effectivity on Dec. 29,2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic. More or less 12,000 individuals in the private emission testing centers are gradually losing their jobs,” giit ni Dr. Larry Pitpit, pangulo ng Clean Air Movement Philippines Inc (CAMPI).

“The owner and known Pampanga business leader, Rene Romero took his car to the BMW delareship in San Fernando City to check on the brake system. After thorough inspection, the BMW mechanics did not find anything wrong with it,” paliwanag pa ng Clean Air Act advocate.

Sinabi naman ni Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) president Arsenio ‘Boy’ Evangelista na pinag-aaralan na nila ang paghahain ng Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) sa ipinatutupad na PMVIC.

“So we are calling all concerned agencies as well as the head of agencies to please have transparency,” apela ng VACC president. (Dolly Cabreza)
