Judge nag-inhibit sa Jee Ick Joo case

197

“WHEREFORE, in view of the above considerations, the second motion for inhibition is hereby granted. The Presiding Judge of this Court hereby recuses herself from actively trying these cases. Let the entire records of theese cases be remanded to the OCC-RTC, Angeles City for re-raffle to another branch of this court,” bahagi ng kautusan.

Isabel at Jerry Omlang.

“To the mind of the Presiding Judge, this is counterproductive because no matter how regular the exercise of judgment or discretion is done, the same cannot dissuade the movants from their belief that the Presiding Judge is biased, in order that the proceedings in these cases will not be stalled, the Presiding Judge considers it prudent to recuse from these cases,” saad pa sa RTC order.
