“It was good, I mean, another quarantine birthday 2 times in a row, from last year to this year again, it’s the same thing. It’s always, pag March, it’s always lockdown,” ani Quen sa recent online interview nila ni Liza with photographer Lester Villarama.
“I just spent time with family, my family and Hopie (Liza) too. We just had lunch and dinner, just with, you know, spend time with my family. I think, that’s the most important part for my birthday, anyway,” sey ni Quen.
Sagot naman ni Liza, “I don’t have a gift right now, kasi we can’t go out and it’s kinda scary like, I mean, I could order online but what can I order online? Like, what if it’s infected by COVID also” sabay-tawa.
“Actually, all I wanted for my birthday is everybody to be safe. ‘Yon, just safe and everybody just alive and here, you know, that’s all I want,” sabi ni Quen.
“She got my favorite food from China Blue, oh my gosh! Really, really good kind of food,” sambit ng aktor.
“No, I didn’t cook,” natatawang paglilinaw naman ni Liza. “I bought China Blue, that’s really good Chinese food.”
Pag-ayon naman ni Quen, “really good, oh my gosh, had duck and it was nice.”
“We’re business partners now,” natatawang sabi ni Quen.
“We’re doing good,” sabi ng dalawa.
“Of course, we’re just a start-up company, so you know, but just for a start-up, even though we’re just starting, oh my gosh, we did really well,” pagbababalita pa ni Quen.
“Yeah,” pag-agree naman ni Liza, “we were able to reach all of our targets in one month. So, that’s good.”
“It doesn’t feel like the first time for some reason. I guess, because showbusiness is kind of like a business in itself,” ani Liza.
“I was one of the firsts who got it siguro. Ang hirap because at that time wala pang mga gamot, ‘tsaka walang pwedeng mag-asikaso sa ‘yo. You have to be all by yourself,” pagre-reveal niya sa kanyang panayam sa 24 Oras.
“So psychologically, it was really very hard. There was nothing I could do but pray,” dagdag niya.
“It’s really very bothering and nakakalungkot talaga kasi ang babata pa nila and they have their whole lives ahead of them pero they’ve been taken away by this pandemic,” he said.
“Kasi, ang petite ni Heart, ang payat, she’s so sexy, I’m afraid that if I stand beside her, magmukha akong bodyguard niya,” sabi pa ni Richard.
He also confessed na ang buong pamilya niya ay fans ni Heart.
“My family is a big fan of hers, especially my daughter who’s an influencer, a vlogger. She looks up to Heart for ‘yung ano, fashion sense,” aniya.
