Through songs, makikita mo ang kwento. Hindi ka mabo-bored sa show na ito.”

Kamusta naman ang kanyang state of health? Maagap niyang sagot, “Walang dapat ipag-alala. By the grace of God, heto buhay pa rin tayo and we are still entertaining lots of people. Ever since naman noong gumaling na ako from my triple heart bypass surgery three years ago, nakapagtrabaho na ako ng sunud-sunod.

Sa mga nagsasabing bordering na sa pagiging bastos ang kapilyuhan ni Puno, ang pagtatanggol ni Giselle sa singing icon, “Yung nakikita ninyong persona, it’s just his DOM, crazy, green minded persona but he is really a good person off stage and a gentleman. ‘Yung lahat ng kabastusan na ginagawa niya on stage or kapag binabastos niya kami sa stage, patawa lang ‘yun sa tao. But behind you will never hear anything like that, old school gentleman talaga siya.”

Alam naman nila na it’s all for show, for entertainment lang. I respect women, both Giselle and Marissa can say na never akong naging aggressive or naging abusive sa kanila.”

He’s just so funny, he’s just so kindhearted, so humble and so much fun work with. He’s like a big brother to me. I’m super excited to share the stage with him, to share the night with him. He’s super talented. I feel like, you know, our voices will really go up together. So I can’t wait for the audience to hear that and hopefully they enjoy the performance and the night, too.”

Binalikan din ni Jessica kahit pahapyaw ang kanyang karanasan sa American Idol sa kanyang pagtatapos, “It was like a huge experience for me… because I actually met so many talented people during that season. I found new friends and “they actually taught me a lot, singing- and music-wise. Just by listening to their voices and knowing their techniques, I was able to get new insights about performance and the whole show, the many solo performances, and group numbers, I was able to discover my singing style and the songs that are appropriate for my voice and my range. You know, I was always put in my head and heart that song choices are very important. It must connect to you and most especially to your audiences.”
