MINSAN, hindi rin mabuti para sa koponan ang pagkakaroon ng pinakamagaling na player.
Ito ang tingin ni TNT Tropang Texters head coach Chot Reyes sa biglaang pagliban ni Ray-Ray Parks sa paparating na 46th PBA season.
“Sometimes, the best talent is not what’s best for the team,” wika ni Chot. “But if in our assessment, it will be for our betterment, why not? We will be very open.”
“For me and the team, in the end, whether you’re the coach or management, if you’re in sports, the only consideration is, is it for the good of the team? Sometimes having the best talent is not the best for the team,” diin nito.
Nitong nakalipas na linggo ay inanunsiyo ni Parks na hindi siya maglalaro sa paparating na season dahil sa personal na dahilan na ikinagulat ng lahat lalo na ng TNT. (Aivan Episcope)
