“Watch the most awaited next installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, #AvengersEndgame, with Chinese subtitles. Showing in select cinemas on April 24,” nakasaad sa Facebook page ng Southwoods mall.

“Can I ask for a refund for tickets bought within the covered dates? It’s not pleasant to watch it with subtitles,” sabi ni Edward Carpo sa FB page ng Southwoods Mall.

“I agree. Bought tickets yesterday and this was not disclosed in the counter. I would not have bought tickets if there were subtitles in the movie. This is infuriating,” komento naman ni Robert Theo Cailing.
Nagre-reply naman ang Southwoods Mall:

“Good day!

As stated in the announcement and indicated in our website, only select cinemas and screenings will have Chinese subtitles. This does not automatically apply to all screenings including those wherein tickets were purchased in advance.

We also ensure that customers are properly informed if the screenings they chose will have Chinese subtitles prior to their purchase.
Thank you very much.”

“I bought 3 tickets for Cinema 2 in Lucky Chinatown and the cashier didn’t informed me that it has Chinese Subtitles. I want to refund my tickets for this issue,” ayon sa isa pang netizen na si Sanny David Mejos.
