“This is where the civil engineers of Commission on Audit (COA) come in. The Technical Services Office of COA makes it certain that every last centavo of the taxpayers’ money is put into good use and is accounted for. Technical Audit Specialists, as what they are also known as, ensure that every infra projects of various government agencies are of high quality and are up to standards and specifications,” pahayag ni Villacortes.

“despite these setbacks, the program still pushed through and actually delivered more than 10 completed projects. And although some projects were cut from list of infrastructure priority projects, 13 more were added. We have not only continued with “BBB” and our flagship projects, but we will also further intensify this to serve as a major driver in our recovery for the coming month” naunang pahayag ni Presidential Adviser for Flagship Programs Vivencio Dizon.
