Iprinoklama ni Pa­ngulong Rodrigo Duterte ang October bilang Volleyball Month, suporta sa paghu-host ng bansa ng 2016 FIVB Women’s Club World Championship.

Pinirmahan ng Pangulo ang Proclamation No. 80 nitong Martes, isang linggo bago sumiklab ang torneo sa Oct. 18 sa MOA Arena. Kakatawanin ng PSL-F2 Logistics Manila team ang Pilipinas laban sa best club teams mula Turkey, Switzerland, Brazil, Italy, Japan at Thailand.

Ang world-class event ay sanctioned ng International Volleyball Fe­deration (FIVB), Asian Volleyball Confederation at Larong Volleyball sa Pilipinas, Inc.

Mga koponan ng VakifBank Istanbul, Eczacibasi VitrA Istanbul, Volero Zurich, Rexona-Sesc Rio, Pomi Casalmaggiore at Bangkok Glass ang dadayo sa torneo na inorganisa ng Philippine Superliga at Eventcourt at Suportado ng TV5, Petron, Asics, BMW, F2 Logistics, official residence Diamond Hotel at official airline Turkish Airlines.

Kamakailan ay nagpugay ang House of Representatives, sa pangunguna nina House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez, Reps. Mikee Romero, Eric Pineda, Len Alonte, Chiqui Roa Puno at Arnulfo Teves, sa PSL-F2 Logistics Manila.

Full force ang squad, nagdatingan sa Kongreso sina Rachel Anne Daquis, Mika Reyes, Kim Fajardo, Frances Molina, Jen Reyes, Jaja Santiago, Jovelyn Gonzaga, at imports Yevgeniya Nyukhalova, Ekaterina Krivets, Yuri Fukuda, Tichaya Boonlert, Stephanie Niemer, Lindsay Stalzer at Lynda Morales.
