Isinampa ni Omila, Jr. ang Civil Case no. 19-9316 na para sa “Declaration of Nullity of recognition of PTTF as sole NSA for Table Tennis and/or Declaration/Restoration of recognition of TATAP as duly NSA for Table Tennis” kasama din ang “Injunction and Attorney’s fees.”
“Before this court is a complaint for Declaration of Nullity of Recognition of PTTF as sole NSA for Table Tennis and and/or Declaration/Restoration of recognition of TATAP as duly NSA for Table Tennis, Injunction and Attorney’s fees with application for Temporary Restraining Order (TRO), and/or Writ of Preliminary Injunction filed by Table Tennis Association of the Philippines (TATAP), represented by the authorized representative, Jacinto R. Omila Jr. with prayer for the issuance of a temporary restraining order and/or writ of preliminary injunction,” ayon sa korte.
“Accordingly, and pursuant to the Rules, a 72 hour Temporary Restraining Order is hereby issued directing defendant Philippine Olympic Committee represented by its chairman Stephen Hontiveros, Philippine Table Tennis Federation represented by its president Mr. Ting Ledesma and/or any concerned persons and all those acting for and its or their behalf to desist from recognizing defendant PTTF and desist from acting as sole and only recognized NSA for Table Tennis or any act sought to be enjoined in the complaint for period of seventy two (72) hours effective upon receipt.”
“Set the hearing on September 9, 2019 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning for the extension of the twenty (20) day temporary restraining order. Parties are directed to be on hand on this day. So ordered, 2nd day of September 2019, General Santos City,” atas pa ng korte. (Lito Oredo)
